Patty was drawn to estate planning because she loves hearing people’s stories — how they raised their children, built their family business, and care for their parents, and the lessons learned only through experience. There’s no way to truly plan for and protect a family’s assets without understanding their specific wishes, concerns, and goals. She feels blessed to have helped so many wonderful families over the years.
As a Florida estate planning attorney based in Plantation, Patty is a member of The Florida Bar and its Elder Law, Real Property, and Trust Law sections, as well as the Broward County Bar Association. She earned her law degree from DePaul University College of Law in Chicago before dedicating her career to estate planning in Florida, then completed a specialized Master of Laws (LL.M.) at the University of Miami — Go Canes!
Outside the office, Patty is married to her husband Todd, and together they have four children — two boys and identical twin baby girls. The boys play travel soccer, so the family spends plenty of time on the field. Patty is a proud sponsor of Plantation FC Rush Soccer Club and TOPSoccer, a wonderful program that gives children with disabilities the chance to play. It’s just one more example of how sports bring purpose, joy, and community to so many families — including her own.

Jodi has been in the legal industry for over 25 years. A highly skilled paralegal, she earned her degree following a successful dance career in her youth. She met Patty more than 15 years ago and has been an invaluable part of the team ever since, with deep experience in estate planning, probate and trusts, corporate work, asset protection, and public benefits.
As the firm's Medicaid expert, Jodi has worked alongside Patty to help countless clients qualify for Medicaid — achieving a perfect approval track record with no denials, giving families extra assurance and peace of mind. She has a special heart for our senior clients.
Outside the office, Jodi still enjoys teaching dance, traveling with her husband Frank and family, and spending time with her beloved goldendoodle, Scarlett.
A paralegal since 2001, Patricia brings 25 years of experience across real estate, corporate, asset protection, estate planning, and trust administration. She specializes in probate administration and has handled estates of all sizes. Outside of work, Patricia spends time with her adult children, runs a small food business, and rescues dogs.
For many clients, Lyn is the first friendly voice they hear. With over five years in the legal field, she guides families through the earliest stages of estate planning — scheduling, gathering information, and making sure every client feels heard and prepared. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she's known for her warmth and organization. Outside of work, Lyn treasures time with her husband and three daughters, her rescue pets, and all things creative.
Brant has been a legal assistant with the Law Office of Patricia Keyes since 2022. A graduate of Nova Southeastern University with a BA in Technical Theatre and a minor in Psychology, he's currently pursuing an Associate's degree in science. When he's not helping clients with their estate planning needs, he can be found practicing his art skills or caring for his two cats.
Cathy joined the Law Office of Patricia Keyes in 2023, bringing over 25 years in the legal industry and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a legal studies concentration. She wears many hats and is an integral part of the team. Outside of work, Cathy is an avid animal lover who enjoys reading, exercising, and traveling.
Part of the firm since 2025, Arianny brings a background in Modern Languages and several years supporting legal and administrative operations. She assists with client intake, scheduling, and digital records, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Detail-oriented and proactive, she's a pleasure to work with. Outside the office, Arianny enjoys nature, movies, and dancing.
Sherrie is a Digital Marketing and Brand Communications Specialist who helps connect Florida families with trusted estate planning and elder law guidance. She creates educational content, manages the firm's campaigns across platforms, and strengthens its online presence through strategic storytelling and community engagement — making complex legal topics more accessible so families can protect what matters most.
